The punishment should be much harsher but first they must be found and every effort should be made to investigate and make this hideous person accountable. It might make another sick person think twice before they commit such a horrendous act if they see this person caught and jailed – I imagine it wouldn’t be much fun in jail when other inmates know what they are in for. The crime itself makes me incredibly sad and angry but even more infuriating is the thought that they are not caught and not made to pay.

Thanks Dee for your comments. I agree the person who commit such crimes should be severely punished since he/she has the capability to do it to any one else including humans!

What kind of sick, sad, pathetic piece of crap could do something like that? Maybe they should be doused in gasoline and set on fire so they know what its like… Anyone who could do something like that to a helpless animal is severely disturbed and should be locked up before they hurt any other animals or people.

When i hear stories about this it makes me sick to the stomach and very angry. How can anyone be so evil and hurt another living creature. The punishment is not enough they should be jailed longer it is just as bad as murdering someone.
